WHAT IS MICROBLADING?

Microblading is a unique form of semi permanent makeup (semi – PMU) that creates natural, beautiful eyebrows with a handheld microblade. Microblading PMU originated in Asia and recently gained popularity in Europe and the United States. It’s also known by many names such as: 3D microblading eyebrows, eyebrows embroidery, feather stroke PMU, microstroking and even “the Japanese Method”. Still, it is a separate and completely different skill. Unlike classical PMU, which uses a machine, microblading artist apply each hair-like stroke with a handheld micro-blade. This produces a very fine line that mimics your actual eyebrow hair. Each individual hair stroke is hand drawn by the artist and blended in with the client’s existing eyebrow hair. This procedure is Performed by our highly trained and certified Permanent Makeup artist.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PERMANENT MAKEUP & MICROBLADING?

Traditional permanent makeup is done with a machine which achieves a less natural appearance, leaving the pigments more harsh and thick. The Microblading technique is more accurate and hairs are more real and natural. It is more superficial than traditional permanent makeup as the pigments remains in the epidermis. The microstroking tool (instrument with which the technique is performed) is not connected to electricity, thus the work depends exclusively on professional’s hand.

HOW LONG DOES MICROBLADING LAST?

Usually this technique lasts approximately 18 months to 2 years, depending on several factors including the client’s maintenance and the skin type. For example, if the client wears a hat or cap and applies facial sun cream daily, this pigmentation can last longer. Do not microblade if you are under 18 years of age, have diabetes, are pregnant or lactating, have glaucoma, skin diseases such as psoriasis, eczema and undiagnosed rashes or blisters on the site, have transmittable blood conditions like HIV or Hepatitis, have active skin cancer in the area to be tattooed, are a Hemophiliac, have healing disorders, take Blood thinners, have Uncontrolled high blood pressure, or mitral valve disorder, or are on Accutane or steroids.
